Who Can Participate
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Elijah Running Club Marathon Training Program. There is no maximum age limit.
ALL participants are strongly encouraged to check with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program. Those who have pre-existing health conditions or prior untreated injuries must have a doctor’s approval.
To ensure your racing success, participants are advised not to miss more than 3 consecutive classes during the program. Attending the program consistently and implementing the training provided will greatly increase your success and enjoyment of running a marathon.
